Good morning, everyone!

Today, I want to share with you a part of my day that I think has attributed to most of my successes in life--my daily breakfast routine.

Every morning, I sit down with my journal and draft up my blogger to-do list for the day! There is always so much that I have to balance on my plate, and I know that if I start my mornings off with getting everything sorted out, I can have a productive day and get loads of work done. And that is exactly why sitting down with a healthy breakfast solution and my journal is a crucial part of my daily routine!

I made it a 2015 resolution to also become more organized with my blogging tasks, and keeping this journal on a regular basis has really helped me! That, and I take comfort in the idea of consistently communicating my goals and then really challenging myself to ensure I do all I can to meet my goals through following through my check lists.

Not to mention, keeping a list has helped me with grocery shopping! Now I find that I don't spend as much money on food as I had in the past, and I stick to the plan and buy only what I need. When I shop at Walmart every week for groceries and invest in ingredients that will help me stay healthy, I know that I am staying on track!

Oatmeal is such an awesome way to start my morning! Especially Better Oats--and it tastes amazing topped with a little bit of Truvía® and some blackberries! This is a great go-to breakfast duo for something that is fast and healthy to eat so I can start my morning off the right way. I love Truvía® because it's naturally zero-calorie and tastes fantastic (and it's also great for baking as an alternative to sugar)!

Another thing I want to mention too is that I was able to also get $6 cash back with Jingit on my iPad! I am all about getting cash back on easy breakfast--if it is cheap and healthy, that's a win win!

Have you ever heard about Jingit? If not, I made a quick video tutorial on how to redeem the $6 cash back offer from buying Better Oats and Truvía® at participating Walmart stores.

There are some specifications about the coupon too that I want to bring up in case you all do definitely decide to redeem your $6 cash back. I will say that the offer is good for 10ct Better Oats® Oat Revolution® Steel Cut flavors Apple & Cinnamon and Maple & Brown Sugar only, and you must purchase one Truvía® brand sweetener product (which excludes Truvía® natural sweetener 40ct or smaller packages). This deal has been available at participating Walmarts stores since  1/1/15, and will continue to be available until supplies last. It is a great deal--I hope you all consider it and download the Jingit app!

Jingit is going to be my new go-to cash back app on my Apple iPhone and iPad. Why? Because it lets me earn cash back from my favorite brands and all of the grocery and home essentials I need at Walmart! Once you have the Jingit app downloaded, it's very easy to earn on even basic items like bread, milk, and butter every week! And for my must-have home essentials like dish soap and paper towels I know I can get money back just by using my Jingit app.

So I'm curious, what goes into your daily morning routine?
Do you think you'll download the Jingit app?

  1. My morning routine includes takino all my medicines. I can't eat for an hour afterwards, so I spend that time cuddling with my son while trying to wake up. I also have been keeping a planner to keep me on track and it really does help!

  4. I've never heard of the Jingit app, is it like Ibotta? I haven't figured out that one either. I need to work on creating a better morning routine. Right now it consists of running out the door with a piece of toast in one hand, lol :)

    1. Haha but at least you have food! I know some moms who just skip breakfast entirely, and that is not healthy (so you are doing the right thing even if it's on the fly). Sometimes toast with peanut butter on it is just so tasty! And I am not sure--Jingit is the only type of app like this I have actually ever used. It's a free download, though, so you should for sure check it out!
