It's Monday, and admittedly we are dragging a bit this morning here in the Mini residence. We had such a great weekend, but it went by way too fast! It would seem that there are not enough cups of coffee on this planet that will wake me and Adam up, so for lunch today we'll be keeping it easy and making some strawberry, peanut butter and jelly wraps to eat. We're sharing how we make our wraps here on the blog today--please know that this post does contain an affiliate link, but like always we only ever share links to products that we use and approve of.
For these strawberry, peanut butter and jelly pastry wraps you will need:
- Flaky pastry dough (or use tortilla as alternative)
- 1/2 cup of strawberry jam
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 3-4 fresh strawberries
First, you'll want to spread out your pastry dough on a non-stick silicone baking mat. Throw in a small bit of flour to keep it from sticking.
Next, you'll want to spread peanut butter all over your dough.
Then add in your strawberry jam on top.
Then, cut up and spread the strawberries all over the dough.
From the long side of the wrap, roll the dough back onto it self to make one long piece. Cut the long piece into 2-3 section to make smaller wraps. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees (Fahrenheit), or if you are using tortilla you are all done and do not need to bake!
