Enjoying a hearty and healthy granola breakfast is easy thanks to Fresh n' Lean (who sponsored this post)! Come Wednesdays, I can really feel the weekend coming and just need a little boost of energy. Sure, the whole mid-week celebration helps (especially the recurring "Mike! Mike, Mike, Mike! Guess what day it is? HUMP DAY!" camel). But if I am feeling sluggish and just want a little pick-me-up, I honestly look for something like hearty granola and fresh fruit to help me make it to the weekend!
Having a balanced and hearty breakfast is important--it helps start the day off right. I know there are some mornings when I skip having any breakfast and just go straight for the coffee--and honestly, those are the kinds of days when I want to splurge and just order a pizza for lunch. By taking the time to eat a healthy breakfast in the morning, it sets me on the path to make healthier choices all day long.
Adam and I enjoyed the Fresh n' Lean "Hearty Granola" a lot. It was a part of a 5 days worth of meals package we received from Fresh n Lean, and this was our favorite meal from the package that we wanted to share with all of you. I really like that the Fresh n' Lean meals are organic, vegan friendly, gluten free, low sodium, and GMO-free.
