The Soda Shop | Grand Opening in Gilbert, AZ

Do you live in or around Gilbert, Arizona? There is a new, Arizona local shop coming to your area that is so adorable and has the best soda around town! Earlier this week, I attended a pre-grand opening event at The Soda Shop and it's safe to say that I am definitely going back!

I live a little bit far from The Soda Shop, but their treats are totally worth the drive! Today, I'm going to share a little bit about my experience from the other night when I went to check them out!

They are located in Gilbert at the corner of Baseline Road and Greenfield Road. It was a little bit difficult to find them in the complex since Google Maps didn't take me right to their address, but it's over on the far side of the complex near the Fat Cats.

From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcome! The staff is so friendly and they were kind enough to talk me through their menu and tell me all about their favorites.

After I ordered my drink, I went over to their comfy couch and took a seat until my drink was ready.

There are lots of great sodas to choose from! I mean, look at how beautiful and colorful these sodas are!

I ended up getting their "Shark Attack" soda, which is a combination of Sprite, lemonade, and blue raspberry (and comes with an awesome gummy shark inside!) They also have delicious cookies to choose from, and I had their oatmeal chocolate chip.

The Soda Shop is an Instagramer's dream! They have two large wooden walls that make for awesome backdrops--and lots of natural lighting fills the entire shop! I was talking to one of the employees about how photogenic everything looked, and I found out that everything in there is handmade and curated. The Soda Shop is seriously cool, and I totally love their rustic-meets-modern style!

The Soda Shop's official grand opening is this Saturday, September 12!

Which of the sodas from their menu would you try?

  1. Looks awesome! Your blog makes me miss Arizona... which is saying a lot for me. LOL!

    1. Thanks! Arizona misses YOU! Are you coming back to visit any time soon?

  2. I talked to one of the owner's moms and they built those wooden walls with their own hands. One of the owner's brothers works in construction and did a bunch of the interior work. Both of the owner's moms were there helping out. Such a mom and pop shop...literally. Looks so great with the natural light. I got there after dark and it was still amazing, but love the lighting in your shots.

  3. Looks like so much fun! I'm hoping to go there this week!
