Our Mini Family: Our Weekend in Sedona at A Sunset Chateau

Our Weekend in Sedona at A Sunset Chateau

Adam and I recently escaped the Phoenix heat for a little weekend getaway in Sedona and stayed at the luxury bed and breakfast, A Sunset Chateau

Yesterday, I shared details about some of our  must-have road trip essentials that we grabbed before we made the drive North from Phoenix to Sedona. Today, I'm sharing some detail photos from our beautiful stay at A Sunset Chateau!

Our room was absolutely gorgeous! And that view! *swoons*  I could wake up to that view every morning and be totally okay with it ;-)

After we checked into our room, we enjoyed a lot of our afternoon hanging out on the property and exploring all of the beautiful, authentic Southwestern decor all around the inn and in the private garden. The views walking around were charming and it truly felt like an escape to our own little Sedona paradise!

After spending our afternoon and evening relaxing and enjoying our time hanging out in our room and on the property at the pool and in the garden, we slept in for a bit and spent our morning relaxing even more! I even let Adam sleep in, and I headed down the pathway from our room to my own little slice of Heaven and took a little nap in the hammock.

Once Adam woke up we made our way down to the main lobby for breakfast. Every detail of every aspect of decorating was so on point and so authentic to Southwestern charm--and the spot where we enjoyed our breakfast was no different. Everything was perfect and all of the artwork in the breakfast area was so beautifully curated.

The breakfast of the day was omelettes and freshly baked croissants.

Adam confessed the omelette was arguably the best he's ever had, which no doubt made me a little jealous considering I've made him several omelettes! But I have to agree--the omelette we had at A Sunset Chateau was so perfectly cooked, and the fresh croissant was oh so good!

Our stay at A Sunset Chateau was fabulous--everything was so beautiful, the staff was so helpful, everything was clean and very well-kept, and the views of the red rocks were phenomenal!
