Around this time last year, I had a revelation of sorts regarding my health. Not because of a New Year's Resolution, but rather, because I had a bit of a health concern. Refusing to take care of my body had finally caught up with me and my poor choices collectively had taken its toll on my mind and my body.
Now, I'm not the healthiest person in the room. In any room, for that matter. I enjoy eating, I love to relax and do absolutely nothing on the weekends just as much as any couch potato can. In fact, I never really considered myself 'active' in any way until I began making some changes to my daily life over the course of the last year. After some much-needed observation and self-reflection, I learned to become more honest with myself and finally began moving. Moving forward.
