Summertime and the grillin' is easy!

This weekend, Adam and I had a few friends over for a barbecue by the pool while we watched the monsoon start to roll in over the valley. It finally cooled down just enough to enjoy some early afternoon wings and cool drinks out at the grill, so we took full advantage and grilled some delicious brats, hamburgers, and these grilled ginger sesame chicken wings!

These grilled ginger sesame chicken wings are perfect for your summer gatherings, weeknight dinners, summer cookouts, or even if you just need a good excuse to enjoy a tasty chicken wing!

Grilling up some yummy, flavorful sesame chicken wings has never been easier since we first tried the NEW P.F. Chang's® Home Menu Sauces exclusively at Walmart!

Out of all three of their flavors, my favorite is the Sesame P.F. Chang's® Home Menu Sauce (there are also Teriyaki and Kung Pao flavors, which are both delicious, and great for preparing Asian-inspired dishes at home!) These P.F. Chang's® Home Menu Sauces make summer grilling simple and convenient to prepare tasty dishes that are both zesty and sweet!

Grilled Ginger Sesame Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
  • 1 dozen chicken wings
  • 1 bottle of Sesame P.F. Chang's® Home Menu Sauce (13.5 oz)
  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sea salt
Directions:
  1. Pour the olive oil over the chicken wings and soak them in the oil.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken wings with ginger powder, garlic powder, ground black pepper, and sea salt on both sides.
  3. Grill the wings until they are fully cooked, flipping and rotating the wings until they are browned to your desire.
  4. Once the wings are cooked, pour the Sesame P.F. Chang's® Home Menu Sauce into a large bowl and mix the cooked wings in it. Coat the wings in sauce evenly, or keep a few plain wings set aside if you so choose to dip your chicken wings in the sauce instead.
  5. Enjoy!
