"Mini" Corn Dog Muffins

What You'll Need:
1 box of Jiffy 
1 egg
1/3 cup of milk
2 hot dogs

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Prepare your Jiffy corn muffin mix as you normally would, and then cut your hot dogs about into about 1" pieces. Fill the muffin tin about half way up with the Jiffy mix, and then stand your hot dog piece in the center and push it to the bottom of the tin. This will give you that little peephole at the top!

Bake your muffins as you normally would, for about 15 minutes or until they are golden brown. You will also want to leave them out to cool before you serve them (nothing is worse than a molten, lava-hot hot dog that will burn the roof of your mouth!)

Serve with your favorite corn dog condiments & enjoy!
