Peanut Butter Croissant with Boysenberry Drizzle

Guess what? Do you know what Wednesday is?
National Peanut Butter & Jelly Day! 
You know, I love a good classic pb&j--but this year, I wanted to switch it up a bit.
Get daring with your pb&j this year. Try different jellies and jams with different berries. 
Go for crunchy peanut butter instead of smooth. Just have fun with it!

What I did was I used the Pillsbury, pre-made croissants and spread Jif peanut butter inside. I baked them at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Then, I drizzled a little bit of boysenberry syrup on top! Yummo!  Of course, I could have made the croissants by hand but it's been a super crazy week for us!
I promise next time I make them though, that they will be from scratch!
