All week long has been so hectic, and I haven't had a lot of time to clean and finish all of my dishes. Last night, I decided that I'd make a one pan dinner for Adam and I--today I'm sharing my recipe for One Pan Pollo Asado Parmesan Pasta, which takes less than 30 minutes!
30 minutes or less recipes are spreading like wildfire online--but really, my biggest concern is the amount of pickup for me after the meal is over. Doing dishes is seriously my least favorite chore! I've found a way to enjoy pollo asado parmesan pasta, and how I only have to get one pot dirty!

I couldn't agree more about being concerned with the after dinner part! I don't mind spending 45 minutes cooking dinner...but I don't like washing one more dish than I have to!!!
