Move aside, graham cracker! Smores with Italian waffle cookies is my new favorite!
All I see is Valentine's Day candy everywhere I go and honestly I am SO hype because let's face it I love having an excuse to enjoy some chocolate! I know it's only January, but Valentine's Day is the next big holiday we celebrate for and I'm rather happy about it--mostly because it involves chocolate!
You may already know this but, like many other people, I am kind of a chocoholic! Some of my favorite chocolate recipes I've shared on the blog include my chocolate and caramel cakettes, lemon zest and dark chocolate bundt cake, and this roundup of must-try chocolate recipes I curated from some of my favorite food bloggers.
If you're looking to get inspired to enjoy a chocolate treat this Valentine's Day, we definitely recommend having a smores! Maybe you prefer your smores with traditional graham cracker, or maybe you like to switch it up with white chocolate rather than milk chocolate. No matter how you enjoy your dessert on the sweetest holiday of the year, there's no denying this Italian Waffle Cookie Smores is a decadent treat perfect for smores lovers!
